If a jacked dude was doing cartwheels without a shirt on and some people wanted to comment on how he has nice pecks or abs or whatever, there's nothing wrong with that. Just like there's nothing wrong with appreciating the aesthetic form of a nice sideboob. Both are all good, people are allowed to appreciate the human form. Not to mention, you're wrong, there's plenty of submissions on reddit in general of attractive guys where the focus is on his aesthetic quality (even if it seems irrelevant to the post). But for some reason (lol), there's not a bunch of people rushing in to demonize everyone for their appreciation of the human physique.

When there's a nice sideboob involved in that gif, there's nothing wrong with appreciating the aesthetic quality. It doesn't detract from the dolphin or the cuteness of the gif. There's nothing wrong with appreciating the human form in all situations, as long as the whole picture is taken into context. For example, you can see a picture of a mountain with a beautiful sunset, and also a beautiful human on it. You can appreciate the mountain, the sunset, and the human simultaneously (and aesthetically) while also admiring the hard work it must have taken to climb the mountain, and the skill and determination involved. They are not mutually exclusive. Just as a cute dolphin and a cartwheel in an interesting context is not mutually exclusive to appreciating the aesthetic beauty of a nice sideboob, if that's what you like.There's nothing demeaning about appreciating human beauty while respecting the context it appears in.

You hold very extreme social conservatist viewpoints, and then jump to sexual assault when talking about sideboob (if anything is inappropriate here, that was). It's 2015 and it's ok to appreciate the human form aesthetically, there's no reason to shame one's body, or to shame people who appreciate one's body.

No, because I'm not going to spend tons of time searching reddit to appease your extreme conservative viewpoint and attempted shame of the human body. I've seen it tons of times though, but nobody makes a huge dramatic fuss about it so there's not a lot of attention drawn to it.

The fact that you see an appreciation of the human form as part of "reddit BS" that you have to escape is very telling about your views in general. It's sidebood. There's nothing wrong with that. And there's nothing wrong with appreciating it.

Just because you're upset that it's not full-on pornography and in-your-face nude boob or whatever you're into doesn't mean others cannot appreciate the subtle aesthetic quality of a hint of sideboob in the everyday setting that it's in.
