Hi, I recently tried to purchase an item from grasscity.com (one of the largest online headshops). They accept bitcoin for payment and are supposed to be a legitimate business. (I now see a lot of bad reviews on reddit, oops)
TL;DR: I sent the bitcoins, they have no record of this and not willing to help despite the block chain proving I sent the bitcoins.
The way their bitcoin payments work, is that BEFORE you can even place the order and confirm it, they must receive the bitcoins first. You need to send it before the timer runs out. Timer started at 10 minutes, I sent bitcoins with over 9 minutes left.

Here is a picture of their system requesting the funds, and the "place order" button is disabled. After sending bitcoins, and even leaving the page open for hours, this button was never enabled. Thus, I could not place the order despite sending them the money.
Here is the wallet their system requested the bitcoin to

It was then transferred to a much larger wallet, which I can only assume belongs to grasscity: https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/e5f1f40aa3275267?from_address=1K2RjVRmeEBjAn6MW5WXdVvrFQT4ycnHBt
you can see my 0.08900931 BTC is currently there.
I emailed them to explain the situation, with pictures of their system requesting payment, and the transaction on the block chain. They requested my order number, even though I cant make the order in the first place. Then they asked for my shipping address, so I replied with it.
They tried blowing me off, saying "we dont have an order for that" and "we appreciate your patronage, patience and understanding in this matter." I emailed them again insisting I paid for this item and to refund me or ship item, and provided the evidence again. Their response was that I will need to prove I paid for it. Did they even read my emails? I sent them the proof again but they clearly don't understand how their own payment system works, or anything about bitcoin. Now they wont reply to my emails and I feel I have been scammed.
Sorry for long rant. How else can I prove I paid them? Is this sufficient proof? How can I report them as a fraudulent business when paying with bitcoin, lol.
All advice or comments are welcome. I know its not a big loss, but its a matter of principle, and stores abusing bitcoin payments hurts everyone in this scene.
