This isn't true. It just isn't. You can say that's an overreaction in the post, but don't say this doesn't happen to anyone. Hell, I got called yesterday after not showering for a day with horribly matted hair, walking around with terrible-looking skin due to an allergic reaction, wearing dirty sweats and a grey t shirt that says "don't look at me." Guys don't give a shit about what you look like half the time.

Downvoting me won't magically erase this experience from happening, sorry. I know you're uncomfortable with the idea that maybe your opinion about "nobody would catcall an ugly girl" being wrong, but maybe not EVERYBODY who had an experience contradicting yours is lying.

I hope you downvote me more. Because then other people can look at this sub and see "oh wow, a comment from somebody sharing their experience with harassment has -40 votes" and see that this place has turned from a fun place to laugh at true stories into a total shithole.
