The original commentor, now deleted, stated that, in his hiring experience, "all dayquans and shayquans" (obviously names meant to refer to black people) "fit a certain stereotype" gryts responded by stating the people whose resumes he usually rejects somehow seem to embody a multitude of stereotypes associated with black people. He then stated he would rather hire "John" (the implication here is that John is, in fact, white). He then says he's not a racist, making it clear that he intended to point out how different races tend to have different resumes. This, of course, is utter BS.

Edit: Im assuming he also meant those people (again, usually black people) with "ghetto names" have bad resumes as well. This is also BS
