So, no, it's not about "self-improvement". It's misogyny and male supremacy that cloaks itself under the incredibly thin veneer of self-improvement. It's about infantilizing women, pushing them into sex, intentionally making yourself an "alpha" asshole, and generally just being an awful person.

There is nothing good about TRP. Elliot Rodgers is a premier example of what dangerous and unhinged ideas float around in those circles.
