'How does the Earth look like?'

That's not a coherent sentence - but there's daily updates from the GOES satellite of full earth photographs, and the first pics of a similar new satellite have just been in the news.

'Who filmed this curiosity?'

Someone in mission control did, via remote control of a camera that was on a moonbuggy (rover).

How many satellites are in orbit?

Seems irrelevant if the argument is that there are none. One would be enough to discredit that concept.

What do satellites look like?

You can see the ISS with the naked eye or a half-decent magnification, or get someone with a better telescope to snap pictures of it. You can see other satellites as lights in the sky, passing by at specific predicted times based on their orbit. There are plenty of photographs of satellites pre-launch, too.
