I know this may be a sensitive subject, but there were no black queens in that line up. Not saying we are inherently racist as a sub, but casting usually tries to be diverse. There are a few non-white queens, but they'll probably pull at least one or two black queens.

Yeah, but still. I love Trinity as a performer and she can kill a lip sync, but she isn't good at Drag Race. Kennedy, however, is much better at the show than her. She didn't get voted in cause of the stupid shit this season.

I was also surprised about Trinity. Kennedy I feel is justified. Was not a fan of her attitude at all, whereas I felt Trinity's attitude got better as the season progressed and I ended up really liking her. And as fierce as her lip sync was, I actually think Trinity is a better lip syncer than Kennedy.

Dela and Max surprised me. Dela was good and stands a pretty good chance of getting back on by virtue of being Miss Congeniality, but she doesn't excite me. Same thing with Max - great on her season but I can only see her doing well at acting challenges. Even then it's a bit of a crap shot with challenges like Snatch Game. Both of them would also go home on their first lip sync. Their fan bases are strong. I'm a fan of them as well and would love to see them perform. I just don't think they'd add much to all-stars 2.

I only didn't vote for Kennedy because she got pretty far in the season that JUST aired, so I don't feel like she's going to have anything fresh to bring. She kills a lipsync but that's such a minor part of the show...

TKB, however. I am pretty salty that TKB didn't even crack the top 15. She left sooner than she should have, IMO, and her runway knocked the air out of my lungs half the fucking time she stepped onto it. Every time she turned the corner I was gagged. I WANT MORE. YOU SHOULD ALL WANT MORE.

They are too dull otherwise to merit casting them over Laganja or Tatianna which aren't the cream of this crop. I feel like producers will mostly cast at the top tier and then maybe dig down deep in thier pockets for the last 1-2 spots where we may get some nutty Mimi casting.

While I do agree this sub has a preference for white-skinny-fishy queens, the black queens being casted since Latrice have all been terrible or pageant queens (Kennedy) that do not appeal to the younger audience drag race now has. (the exception being TKB)

This is why I'm hoping Bob gets on S8. Casting seems to always pick pageant black queens and then edits them into villains. We need an artsy and creative queen who isn't white for once.

Yeah, maybe this sub isn't racist per se, but it definitely favours white cast members, so it just goes to show the underlying racial preferences that exist in entertainment consumption.

Kennedy, Stacy, Trinity & Gia would add so much spunk to the cast, I don't even get it.

No need to strike through this, JDF was the true MC, and Katya deserved top3. Even when Jaidyn confronted Violet during untucked she came across as so genuine and un-shady.

The show is having more and more of the cast be white. I think that is because of racial preferences but season 6 + 7 were super white. So those are the choices....

No, I wanted Shangela, Mariah, Jiggly, Ongina, and Tatianna. The race issues need to be pointed more at casting and the editors than anyone. It's no wonder people are picking predominantly white queens. The white queens far outnumber those of color, many of the strong drag queens of color on the show (Jujubee, Latrice, Manila, for example) were already on All-Stars. Trinity is a great performer but was just bad at the show. Kennedy should be on there, but the editing/drama this season prevented that.

I voted for Mariah and I think that was the only non-white queen I voted for. I didn't notice at the time, but I have noticed in the past that the majority of the time I am not ever stanning for the non-white ones. Not on purpose obviously, I'm not racist in the slightest. I just normally end up gravitating to certain people's drag style..... and it happens to be the tall fashion forward ones. Like if Raja and Akasha were on this list I'd vote for them in a heartbeat. But they werent....so...

I don't think so, I think the queens are great but a lot of the fanbase are more interested in dick-pigging nowadays (aka looking for good-looking/young/in-shape contestants) + excess fiddling by editors swaying people one way or the other.

Kennedy was an amazing dancer and I think if there wasn't so much shady editing, she could have been a fan favorite. So many people saw the "new/special" untucked's and suddenly changed their minds about her.

And Jaidynn Diore Fierce was extremely charismatic, if she weren't a "big" girl, she was pretty on point w/ Adore.

I would like to see more of Vivacious and I would even like to see Mystique but based on just entertainment purposes the poll is pretty spot on, although i would switch some around.

I put Shangie on my wishlist. She is a must. Too much love for her and she will be a shit stirrer hopefully.
