First one was removed because it got brigaded. Second had nothing to do with games or Gamergate in any capacity. Last was apparently not removed by mods at all but just downvoted to oblivion though if it was it would be because it's mostly off topic - not everything to do with a person in GamerGate is about GamerGate.

I see no problems here.

It's becoming more common of late, although I suppose one could argue it was always like this. Elements of the pro Gamergate side behaving much like the people they profess to be against. Have an opinion they don't like and you try to argue for it? You're a shill. A ghazi troll. You're not a Gamergate supporter because your language is not inclusive enough. Had all of these, from the same person after several exchanges. That last one made me laugh.

Apparently saying Ian Miles Cheong wrote some ok articles and that his change is a good thing is unacceptable!

But it is exactly what happened with Vox Day, right? And Assange? The excuse doesn't matter --"brigading." They are banned here for the same reason they are banned everyone on reddit, and that is because of their political beliefs.

Are you blind? Or being deliberately misleading? The Assange post has a clear statement of why it was removed, breach of the rules regarding that type of post (should be a self post). The Vox one was brigaded, so it was removed. Both clearly explained.

The Assange one could have easily been reposted under the SocJus flair as a self post.

The Vox one... well, if it could be posted without his cronies being informed to upvote it en masse it could also be happily reposted as a self post using the correct flair.

The self post rule only exists because removed links are just hidden, but self posts are edited to [removed] to censor the link(s) that are submitted.

Watch the modlog for a few days. If it was posted as a self post it would be [removed] and you wouldn't ever see the link to the article that was trying to be shared.

Ahh, sorry. I didn't realise you were tinfoil material. Guess it's not surprising given your vocal fellating of vox day. So the mods made the self post rule to secretly edit links... Why would they waste their time? They could just keep the mod logs private. Occam's Razor.
