They are defending fucking Nazis.

Absolute adherence to a view they clearly have zero actual academic experience with. It's so peculiar.

Because when they are trying to justify why Germany lost the war they bring even more shame to it.

Saying that Germany had superior weaponry and the US had totally inferior weaponry. I was watching a Red Orchestra 2 USA vs. Germany mod video last night. In the comments someone was saying the Springfield rifle was a copy of the Mauser K98 so that means the Springfield was bad. Wouldn't that also make the K98 bad by extension? The Thompson had too high of a ROF and the MP40 was a slower firing weapon so that = better in every way. They conveniently forgot the M2 Grease Gun, pretty much the US MP40. The M1 Carbine was horrible because it didn't have "stopping power" (stopping power doesn't exist). The M1 Garand is inferior compared to the Gewehr 43 (when the M1 is standard issue and the Gewehr 43 is for "elite" troops then that doesn't matter). The Walther P38 and Luger had more rounds in the magazine compared to the M1911 so they were better (.45 ACP back in those days was better than 9mm Luger, nowadays it is just preference). Germany had the STG-44, the US didn't have an assault rifle so Germany wins in that regard. But the US used the M12 Shotgun, I don't think Germany used a shotgun in large quantities. Then he got into the usual Panzer V and Panzer VI is better than puny Sherman. I wonder why the they always forget the M26 Pershing?

They also say the same shit about USSR, but a few pictures with SS troops armed with trophy soviet SVTs and PPSHs is enough.

I love how they overestimate the amount of Tiger tanks available. There were only 1600! That's a minuscule amount!

Right, and how many of those could actually reach the fight?

The funny thing about the Springfield/Kar98k thing is that it's arguably better than a German Mauser thanks to superior sights and the .30-06 round.

Their whole false empathy thing. They pretend that the only reason they support the Wehrmacht is because they have empathy for those poor soldiers.

If these Wehraboos really had so much goddamn empathy, you'd think they'd care more about the Wehrmacht's victims.

That they are basically Goebbels children

1) Their assumption that having a positive view about Wehrmacht soldiers is a totally fringe opinion. Example: "I hate how many people can't distinguish between the Nazis and German soldiers". Clean Wehrmacht was, and still is, a very popular view.

2) Their belief that calling Wehrmacht men "Nazi soldiers" is like calling American troops "Democrat soldiers". If the Democrats ruled a nation like the Nazi Reich and if the US Army was massively influenced by these hypothetical Democrats, then maybe this would make sense.

Being in love with a military that lost badly. Not 'let's call it quits' lost but 'blasted back into the Stone Age' lost. Hell, we dropped two atomic bombs on Japan along with enough incendiaries to light the fucker up from space and the Japanese still had more to work with.

How stubborn they can be, even when presented with evidence that contradicts their point of view.

As some have mentioned also, the empathy for the wehrmacht over the victims.

The claim that they were just defending their country pisses me off.

Wehraboos piss me off a little less than Holocaust deniers so when the wehrabooism sometimes goes in that direction it just boils my blood.

Mostly that it's a broken game of Whack-A-Mole: You are hitting them with facts, but they rarely disappear back into their holes and many more are constantly popping up everywhere.

What facts are the best? I need some help, because i encounter wehraboos a lot, and i need few simple facts that are the best.

A copy of Timothy Snider's Bloodlands is a good cure. Just get them to read it. It's not exclusively about German war crimes - it's pretty much evenly divided between German and Soviet crimes, but it's well researched and comprehensive, while simultaneously examining both the big picture and covering the fate of individuals.
