I expected Kage to win. I've always seen him as the better player whereas Bizzarro is more entertaining to watch.

Exactly. Everyone was predicting Bizz because they've watched him style on players, but Kage is just a better Ganondorf. Sure, Bizz can skate around the stage beautifully, but Kage does the right thing at the right time. He makes better decisions in tough situations, in my opinion.

Still, both of them are incredible Ganon players and I enjoy the different styles that they bring to the table.

Bizz did drop a few edgeguards, especially during the later matches (when he started ahead). If he had gotten them, Kage would have been the one playing catch-up.

I expected Kage to win too, but I'm pretty sure if Bizz keeps improving (seriously instead of styling) he'll match Kage soon.

That's the importance of being able to consistently get those edgeguards. Kage hit his when Bizz couldn't, so he always had the lead.

Not that I have anything but positive things to say against Bizz outside of this. I'm a Ganon main, I fucking love Bizz and hope he only gets better. But Kage is still a level above him.
