Yes. It's a common trope on Red Pill sites that, when Sex Bots get invented, women will have to get back in the kitchen to attract men again. So this guy is a hero by forcing women to become attractive again.

Maybe not. The former will have to navigate inside a kitchen, be able to locate and remove items from a refrigerator, pantry, cupboard, etc, and also be able to identify if the ingredients have spoiled, and when the meal is cooked sufficiently.

For the latter, you just need a humanoid robot chassis with a fleshlight installed. You'd probably need to start off with one anyway to get the kitchen robot.
