I've been on my MAP for two months and she's already feeling the dread. She went from being super lazy and apathetic to stepping up and doing the basic shit a human woman is capable.
Her biggest jumps in improvement have come the day after I make comments about stuff I don't like about her. I do so light heartedly. I made a joke that she needs to do some squats and fill out her panties better. And she started working out the next day having never done so for 5 years of marraige. I told her I could smell her BO on the baby and she immediately took a shower then got him and gave him a bath and changed his clothes.
I realized I was scared of offending her before but now I don't care. What are some protocols I can use to make sure I don't go in the other direction and become an overbearing micromanager?
Am I doing ok?
Also every time I lift heavy I hurt my back. So I'm sticking to kettlebells which feels super natural to me. Is that a good way to build a foundation for deadlifts?
