I don't agree with anything you said, however, if I set aside my disagreement and play by the type of rules you're advocating for I demand that a subreddit you're a moderator of be removed as it offends me. r/BestofOutrageCulture is subreddit that links to and provides a forum where individuals post a users comments and proceed to harass, make fun of and completely dismiss what that person has to say. Furthermore, most of the user quotes submitted overlap on various topics. You're a moderator of a sub dedicated to pointing out and bullying users into silence as any user can be pushed into silence for fear of being mocked and harrassed on a subreddit you moderate.
Merely creating a subreddit dedicated to making fun of users with "wrong" POVs definitely contributes to what spez is saying is directly against the rules.
Anything that harasses, bullies, or abuses an individual or group of people (these behaviors intimidate others into silence)
You're effectively using a (subreddit) watch list as a threat to users that you don't agree with. Users have and will continue to be publicly shamed and humiliated in an echo chamber.
There are dozens of these type of subreddits including r/shitredditsays and r/subredditdrama. Under your and Spez rules these subreddits should be banned without a second thought. Silencing/Publicly shaming users is a cut and dry rule and it's constantly violated.
It's clear to me that you want to stifle conversation and bully those that you disagree as you're an active participant in doing so. You want your bully pulpit protected because you believe you're doing the right thing and all other views or opinions need to be silenced.

Those subreddits don't target a marginalized group of people, or directly harass individuals.

Those subreddits don't target a marginalized group of people
So it's ok because the groups they target totally deserve it? That's the same justification used by every hate group.

Well, yeah, the comments linked are always 100% Reddit-verified racist/misogynist

Creating a list of comments for people to flock to and mock, ridicule and deride is unquestionably bullying and harassment. There is no stipulation of such as "harassment/bullying is welcome in subreddits a user may not find." It is a clear cut anti bullying and anti harassment policy that is violated by a large portion of the very same people that want to remove subreddits wherein people bully them. It's the same fucking thing.

Creating conversations about comments and bullying are two totally different things

The time and place to discuss the comment has always been in the comment chain. That's why a reply system is put in place.
Pulling someones comment to specifically show like minded individuals so that you can collectively point at and deride is bullying. The consequence of which are that person must now fear their comments will be catalogued and held up for mockery, derision and and harassment by whichever group doesn't like what was said. This silences the user for fear of anyone being offended and taking that users comments to people that will knowingly bully this person for their idea. There is no other reason for these subreddits to exist. It is specifically to harass individuals and their viewpoints.

I mean look at what they are wearing, they totally deserved it. A white male in a polo, harass them all you want. Love me some of this equality.

What are you talking about?

Indirect harassment is totally cool guys.

Talking about something someone said is harassment?

That's what a comment chain is for. Purposefully grouping comments in a subreddit to mock, ridicule and point a giant finger at are different.
[–]tankguy33 -2ポイント-1ポイント0ポイント 8分 前 (1子コメント)
No, this is different. SRD, SRS, and similar communities like to show their users comments/threads that are particularly disparaging. Most of the users won't interact with those threads, but instead come back and talk about them in SRD/SRS.

Again, you can bully and harass someone even if it's not directly to their face. It would be no different than constantly posting quotes of someone in a public setting knowing that they may or may not see it. Users can usually find it when the linked from other areas of Reddit in subreddits that use this bot. The bot is literally leading users to a subreddit that harasses them.
