How long until /r/conspiracy is banned? (self.conspiracy)

I hope it isn't, but the idea is cropping up around reddit, and its making me nervous

Never. It is constantly flooded with disinformation, most likely watched by various agencies around the world.

As a ruler, would you ban a forum if you could listen in on what all the rebellious ones are up to?

Good point. I guess the question is what is the primary objective of the people who run this place, profit or disinformation? I keep posting this link because I want as many people to see it and be aware as possible: Alexis and Stratfor

But there really is not that many active users on this sub. I would imagine above top secret, youtube and godlike productions would be watched much more then this sub. Also this sub is suppose to a conspiracy sub but most of the posts are alternative politics.

Because if they're willing to ban a conspiracy forum w/ 500-1000 active users, then there's def somethign up in my opinion

I think what they'll do is try to force policy changes thus sucking the life out of the sub. Probably it will be a slow death over a few years. It already feels like a "free speech zone" where we can exercise our Constitutional rights safely out of view of people who might be offended by that.

Exactly. They can censor the crap out of this place by messing with the algorithm and making us completely isolated. They don't have to have a big stand off out in the open, they'll just watch us bleed to death. It's absurd how much reddit has been carved up and its components segregated from one another. This disturbs me more than anything, it's the new model of censorship.

You need to provide some links when you make a claim like this. I would like to read the posts and subsequent discussions about the banning of this sub.

If you think banning FPH caused a shitstorm and an exodus from reddit, banning this sub would be a deathblow.
