Lol. It's funny, it's the fictional part that gets me the most. It shouldn't matter in the slightest whether people I don't know think I'm real or not, but every time I see people questioning my reality I get this weird urge to yell, "I'm here, I'm real! I swear it!" Like I'm going to disappear if I can't convince anyone I exist. Maybe I watched Never Ending Story a few too many times when I was young. I dunno. I do love the way he dresses, but honest to goodness, I do not remember his pants being stained. His field reports are rather unsettling in how accurate they are, but the FR that contains the pants is probably the fuzziest in my memory. It was during a weird time. I was trying to make friends and had been convinced by an acquaintance to go to a bar, which, frankly, is not anything I would ever choose to do. I was a nervous introvert surrounded by new people in a setting I was not even remotely comfortable in. One of the people there happened to be an attractive man with a drop dead sexy voice. I know he has blood stained clothing from hunting expeditions, but if he was wearing any of it that night, I was too nervous to notice. I come from a hunting family, though, so even if it had registered it wouldn't have made much of an impression anyway, other than an, "Oh, look, that's something we have in common."
