When you're young you watch tv shows where the morals are to not steal, to be a good person etc. No joke, I remember watching a Barney about saying please and thank you when I was 4 years old, and since then have chosen to use my manners. Good behavior is learned, absolutely. You need to be taught right from wrong and that typically starts at a young age. When you learn good morals from an early age you are less likely to be a shitty person. You're not going to teach these Key and Peele values to children though. I see this skit as an older-targeted, progressive message without it being a damn PSA telling everyone that women deserve to be treated the same as men. Of course there will always be bad people out there, doing bad things. But this is not about murdering people like you've for some reason compared it to. This is about putting messages of equality and respect and not oppressing anyone out there on big, influential shows so that maybe there's a teenager or two out there who it resonates with and they learn something that was never said out loud, because when would it have? Being a shitty person isn't a disease. It's not as complex as you think. Being a murderer maybe is when it becomes complex, it's been proven that there is almost always something psychologically wrong with a murderer. Not with a rapist. It's not complex to not take advantage of someone when they're passed out drunk or to not call a woman a whore.

Also, no one ever said it's expected that everyone's a good person. But if you can try and reduce the amount of people that aren't good people, then why wouldn't you?
