I see them everywhere I go, on posters, kids shirts, McDonalds toys, shitty facebook memes. Every kid at my camp has minion backpacks and swimsuits, I want to fucking kill myself everytime I see them.

I don't get why people judge the quality of the movie based on how annoying the advertising is. Frozen was horrible because of how it was everywhere, but the movie was okay. Minions was a great movie but people hate it because of the advertising.

Yep, it was basically a Spanish-English mix, which made things nice, since I'm taking Spanish in school.

And I saw it, and it was a good movie for the demographic it went for. Though the best joke had to be the Richard Nixon poster, since that was one of those not-kid jokes in every animated movie. Also the fire hydrants in the pool.

Tell me about it. I was at the movies last night seeing Terminator Genisys, and halfway through I got up to go to the bathroom. As I was walking to the bathroom, one of the "Minions" movies ended and kids came streaming out from the theatre. It was a whole swarm of 5-10 year olds, and they were all squealing and screaming over the minions. It was as if the entire theater was filled with just stupid children who needed their minions.
