This article by Thaler, Kahneman, and Knetsch suggest that most people would consider queue>lottery>auction to be the most fair, if we all decide that fairness has a place in the theory of the firm, and by theory of the firm, I mean the dictatorship of Wumbotistan. :P

Shit. All those immigrant posters will undercut the effort of our hardworking badeconomists and produce more badeconomics posts more quickly and cheaply. Then there won't be any badeconomics left for our in house badeconomists to post.

But what if one of them automates the posting process? Then person will control the capital and we'll have a subreddit full of badeconomists not posting and not able to receive a minimum amount of Karma, because other people will only upvote the bot-created bad economics!
