I'm not a National Socialist personally, I'm a libertarian. I am interested in the true history of WW2, and I truly believe the story of how it's told didn't happen. People hate them because they are ill informed of the actualities of the war.
Also, allied bombings of German supply runs as well. It's a lot more complicated than what you said.

I think people hate nazis because they are fucking crazy people who experimented on live humans and tortured/ killed civilians. I really dislike jews, and I hate religion (especially orthodox jews) but no one deserves to go through the holocaust. I assume you're talking about Mengele at Auschwitz? If you want to look at the story in a bit more detail than survivors kvetching in extremely dubious accounts (the absurdly high number of people claiming, without any evidence, to have met Mengele personally suggesting the level of rumor mongering going on in a neurotic, frightened populace with added venom from an axe to grind after the war, and doubters completely silenced and shamed), Mark Weber does a good job covering it here.
Far worse and more substantiated are the activites of Unit 731 and Shiro Ishii, which were active with the Kwantung Army. They ended up getting pardoned by SCAP and GHQ because of the value of their experiments. That and the Tiergartenstrasse-4 program, ironically, had their roots in American eugenics experiments in the preceding decades.
