the others are right, and i want to add that she was merely playing the socially expected back and forth. When that tactic failed, she went a more direct route.

She knew what she wanted from the beginning, and went after it when her initial strategy failed. Just because there are a hundred guys wanting to plow her, doesn't mean she is interested in any of those guys.

If the genders were reversed, we wouldn't be the least bit surprised because of they stereotype (they exist for a reason) that men are very thirsty. But given the current situation, people find it odd that this chick can be as thirsty as a dude, but when you think about it; it shouldn't be as far fetched as you might expect. Tinder is an app designed for hook-ups and casual sex even though a lot of women treat it as a dating app.
