Its been 7 hours, I paid all proper fees and everything but its not cnfirming

Note that your transaction is bigger than 1kB. I think you needed a higher fee for that unfortunately. (if you wanted it quick).

The backlog from the "stress test" seems to be going down but it's not all gone yet.

Fee rate of 14000 sats / kB, confirmation in perhaps 2 hours if there's no more spikes in transaction arrivals. See here for the chart.

Might be less if you're lucky.

The transactions to fund the address were in turn only funded just before you made that transaction;-

This is how bitcoin is supposed to work according to the vocal devs. It's fine!, nothing to see here, we're great, don't look back there, nothing to see there, that smoke is normal!!!! it adds to the flavor.
