The Clear Vision Process

Since 2009, Clear Vision has helped countless couples take the stress and uncertainty out of planning videography for your wedding. We start with a preliminary consultation to get to know you, your wedding plans, and your style to make sure we’re the perfect fit for your video. Next, we develop a customized package based on your schedule and the features you’ve chosen, to make your vision come to life.

Once you’ve officially booked your day in our calendar, we’ll send you our easy-to-use Planning Guide and help you figure out the important details of our coverage – such as arrival and departure times, schedule, shooting restrictions, must-have shots, and more. You can relax knowing we’re on the same page with every aspect of your day, and you’ll get exactly the coverage you’ve always wanted.

In addition to your videographer and editing team, you’ll also be matched with one of our dedicated wedding coordinators – a staff member experienced with planning shots, angles, and preparation times. Your coordinator will help you figure out exactly what will work best for your special day, as well as coordinate details and angles with your photographer or any other vendors also covering your event.

After your day is captured, our editing staff will use your style preferences and their experience in finding perfect shots and moments to create a stunning video highlighting your day. You’ll have an opportunity to review a finished draft to let us know of any changes you need made, and then we’ll publish your video to the format or medium of your choice.

Each member of the Clear Vision team has a minimum of five years’ experience in videography, disc jockeying, or event planning, and must have completed our rigorous apprenticeship program to make sure we’re ready to meet our high standards – and yours.
