I'm not misleading anyone and I do know a little bit about the markets since my job is tied to the markets. I've worked in this industry for 9 years.

You've worked in this industry 9 years and you are describing a 1% move in U.S. markets as a huge dump that is so consequential that it's causing a regulatory conspiracy forcing the NYSE to purposely halt their exchange?
