The key point is "who is the object of the joke"? If it's the rape victims, then I agree it's in poor taste. But if it's Cosby, then humor can serve as an important medium to facilitate discussion of the claims against him.

I think this post falls under that latter category. It's using his reputation/mannerisms against him, reframing them in a sexual context. The Matrix reference also explicitly recalls that his victims were not given a choice about taking the pills he reportedly used.

We don't need to be on PC high-alert all the time. There is room to be reflective about what satirical or comedic works are actually trying to achieve.
