you've done a great job culling all the sources in the /r/Blackout2015 live feed... but as some other level-headed users pointed out here, its is more than a step in the right direction...

As /u/weffey pointed out,

Those timelines were promised before we had a real plan of action or any internal dialogue. There's no good way to say this, but they are not reasonable and have given you guys some false hope. Did you expect massive upheaval in corporate structure in 72 hours and a statement on reddit from the CEO and promises regarding mod features (along with the necessary PR management this caused)? All of that cannot be done in that time frame. While I agree it took a long time for an admin to make this post, 72 hours is acceptable. And, most of the admins in this thread have been upfront and honest about what they are doing or need to do now.

This conversation occurred between moderators and admins... I think users should be privy to the changes (perhaps ahead of time), but they aren't needed in the conversation.

I've been 100% sober since Thursday.

You need to take a moment to realize who you are. Look at yourself. Look at who you represent and who sees you representing. Millions of people look at you as a co-founder of a major online site/company. I don't think many other CEOs get drunk when theirs an outrage. They try to fix their mistake right away, not get drunk and make snide comments.

At least you have learned from this experience and gained new knowledge on how to act and handle things in the future.

yes hes saying that he actually thought it was a good idea at the time to make fun of people who were pissed off at him. he actually thought it would lighten the mood. either that or he was just frustrated and let a bit of what he really thought out
