So long story short, I was stupid and didn't pay toll fees. Now I need to contact the court and give my 'disposition.' Also, the tolls themselves I could maybe handle but there are administrative fees that add up to a ridiculous amount of money, like $6,000 just for one! I am a 23 year old white girl, I live alone, I don't have anywhere near that kind of money, nor do my parents. I have never been in any sort of trouble before, the most I've ever gotten was one speeding ticket. What do I do to have the best outcome here?

Edit: Before you ask, I don't have an answer for you as to why I thought I could "get away with it." I don't know and I feel horrible and I'm scared.
