Question is: how long Reddit will look for new CEO? Ellen Pao is Interim CEO, not permanent, until new CEO will emerge. For my understanding in recent ruling KPCB, she will have to pay $250k legal expenses to Kleiner Perkins. More over, I doubt she will have big success finding new high profile job like Reddit CEO, even Interim. Uproar of the community against her, I doubt we could consider sexist, particular because she sacked Victoria Taylor who is female as well.

Edit: If every person that thought "this will never happen" actually went along with it, it would happen. There seems to be a lot of people upset and few willing to even find something to do other than reddit for a few days.

I'm open to other ideas, but this is the only hope normal users have to make any kind of meaningful impact here.

EDIT2: spread the message guys, copy this comment on big subreddits, comment on high karma posts, make posts with this message. We need people to see this in order to work and to hit where it hurts!

Pao better pray that she is never forced out of Reddit. Everything she has touched has been so toxic no one will take her. One company ended with a gender harrasment lawsuit in which it became very public that she was let go because she was hard to work with. She has since dragged that out kicking and screaming despite being smacked down every step of the way. Her next adventure has lead to Reddit having it's worst period of PR we have ever seen with a user base the regularly calls for her resignation and publicly antagonizes here.

It kind of weirds me out that I've seen countless posts against reddit and Pao and for bringing back Vicoria, but I know nothing about why reddit feels that way. No discussion or explanations, just insults and basically a bunch of propaganda.
