Why are you open

The admins have opened a line of conversation with us, and while it leaves some to be desired, and its just a start, its good enough.

What did the admins say

Well, I can't really share the exact words, but they are willing to talk to us. An admin has been specifically assigned to work with moderators, they have shared a small section of what they plan to work on in terms of tools, and are promising better communication

But don't actions speak louder than words?

Yeah, they do, but these actions will take a while to get going, and we can't really see if they communicate better if they don't exist, so we have to see where this goes

But what about Victoria

While I like Victoria a lot, shes not coming back (well, almost certainly not) - as a reminder, this was not really about getting Victoria back, this was about admins lack of comunication and regard for moderators, Victoria being let go was the catalyst, the straw that broke the camels back.

Why are you and not other subs back

We deiced to come up now. Some should be back within the next 12-24 hours, but i cant speak for anyone but ourselves.
