Service numbers
This page tells you about the charges for calls from the UK to service numbers, which do not form part of your inclusive minutes allowance on any Pay Monthly tariffs or your free minutes allowance on any Pay & Go tariffs.

* For Pay & Go and Pay Monthly there is a 1 minute minimum call charge
It is also free for Pay Monthly customers to call O2 Customer Service numbers.
03 Numbers
Ofcom has introduced 03 numbers as an alternative to chargeable 08 numbers e.g 0870.
Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers (starting 01 or 02), and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes allowances on O2 tariffs.
