Do you hate women/are you a misogynist? No.

Why is your URL egalitarians-do-it-better if you’re not an egalitarian? I don’t identify as an egalitarian, a MRA, or a feminist. I consider myself to be an anti-feminist because the feminism movement as a whole is largely flawed and completely unnecessary in first-world countries. Despite agreeing with the ideology behind egalitarianism, I don’t identify as an egalitarian because I’m here to discuss my own opinions, I’m not trying to represent a specific movement. Most egalitarians I see on here are factual and don’t tend to debate solely with their opinions, which is why my URL is egalitarians-do-it-better. Yes, I directly copied and pasted that from my info page. I don’t know how else to word it.

Feminism is about gender equality. Why do you dislike it so much? I support gender equality, I don’t like how first-world feminists complain about things that aren’t an issue that feminism can even fix (i.e. “I need feminism because I’m afraid to walk alone at night!” Newsflash: Everyone is afraid to walk alone at night because it’s human nature to not want to be outside all alone, especially in the dark). You don’t need to identify as a feminist in order to believe that men and women should be treated equally.

Don’t you know that if feminists didn’t exist, you wouldn’t be able to post your opinion on the Internet because you’re a woman? First-wave feminists were the ones who fought for women’s basic legal rights. Second-wave feminists broadened the horizon to include the advocacy of women being able to have jobs, women joining the military, etc. Third-wave feminists are all about dismantling the (nonexistent) patriarchy as well as putting almost all of their focus on things like sex, gender, and sexualization in the media. Or, in other words, third-wave feminists have run out of things to complain about so they’re nitpicking for issues that…well, aren’t really a big deal. Third-wave feminism is what I’m against, and third-wave feminists did not, in fact, fight for my right to speak my mind online.

What do you look like? Have a couple of 2015 selfies.

Fun fact: The 2 pictures below were taken about 10 seconds apart from each other.

Other than that, you could check out the my face tag on my main blog, although those are all at least a year old. I don’t tend to upload pictures of myself too often.

What is your stance on…

Religion? Practice whatever you want and spread the word if you want, but don’t try to force it upon people who don’t wish to follow your beliefs. I also get asked a lot if I’m religious; the answer to that is yes, I’m a Christian.

Body-shaming? It’s pointless and immature. Point out someone’s bigotry and hypocritical things they say; resorting to making fun of how they look makes you sound like a child.

LGBT+ rights? Everyone should be allowed to get married and not be judged or harassed because of their sexual orientation. I believe homosexuality is a sin due to my religion, although I personally harbor no resentment towards anybody in the LGBT+ spectrum. The only way I can hope to explain this in further depth is by saying nearly everything is a sin if you want to get technical, and saying I view something as a sin doesn’t mean I automatically condemn people who sin. I don’t condemn people for being angry or greedy, which are traits that everyone is born with, so why would I hate homosexuals for being born a certain way? Do I personally think loving somebody should be considered a sin in the first place? No, but I am not God and I do not dictate what the Bible says.

Politics? I don’t fully side with either Liberals nor Republicans. I believe that abortion should be legal, men should be able to opt out of paying child support, the death penalty should be enacted on people who commit crimes such as murder and openly plead guilty, people who make more money should be taxed more, and people should be drug tested before applying for government aid.

Racism/reverse racism? Reverse racism doesn’t exist. It’s just racism. Racism is defined as prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior. Therefore, racism and oppression can go hand-in-hand, but they’re not interchangeable terms.
