This move is in the interest of being more fair to moderators and in the hope of greater moderator cooperation in addition to being allowed to turn PM notifications to the posters of removed posts back on.

I'm glad to see that the reddit establishment is cooperating. When you see some of the stuff getting axed in the political subs, it starts looking like reddit is part of a misinformation campaign.

Comments are allowed, but the top level comment form is hidden, primarily this is to bring the details higher up the page more like a self post, but also this is to divide any discussion into two distinct possible events. Discussion of the removal, and discussion of the approval of the post.

Is it possible to move the top level comment form to the bottom of the page via CSS? If so I haven't found a way.

Why the hell are you appeasing moderators who ARE THE PROBLEM? This bot has become almost completely worthless now. Not to mention that it hasn't done anything in 13 DAYS!
