You can't even pose a fake argument without being sexist. It's hilarious. Or pathetic.

First off, no one mentioned removing sexuality. You're strawmaning hard.

Second off

But i think sexuality, male and female representations have their place, and can be enjoyed without attacking women's gender roles.

Woman's gender roles are inherently sexual? You are seriously a sick fuck.

You're right, more variety is good, and elimination of sex is ridiculous. But you know what isn't ridiculous? A non-strawman argument. Fairly representing everyone in every aspect isn't ridiculous or absurd.

Well It's great that you think that, because most women, who are a little more qualified to talk about the gross over-sexualization of women than little sexist boys in most peoples opinions, I've talked to think that the community is underreacting and responding with far too little negativity.

I have black friends! That means I cant be racist!

i just don't believe art needs to be sexist for it to be marketed towards little boys.

A huge portion of the games industry is sexist.

You are clearly a sexist or at least someone who thinks sexist marketing and culture is okay and healthy and believes that women approve of it. I can't empirically prove you're sexist, but you do believe many sexist things.

Yeah because it's so awful wanting to be a strong, tactical, brave hero. What a completely awful and unrealistic person.

All little girls should aspire to be this. I mean come on. These are totally equivalent.

You're right. We marginalized those people because of sexist media portrayals.

Look, your arguments are almost sensical. You at least understand that sexism hurts everyone. Women aren't portrayed fairly in all media. Men aren't either, and that's a problem with solutions that aren't mutually exclusive to the first one, nor is the severity realistically comparable.

And it also allows little boys to yell into the corner about how DDD brests and women with no armor is totally not sexist and super realistic. Sorry to interrupt your board gaming session with your 4 female friends who all have DDD brests, weigh 120 pounds and all DEFINITELY agree that all women look that way and that board games properly represent them.

Got any examples of this supposed realistic sexuality? Because it is horrifically rare in all "nerd and gaming" cultures.

Being sexual is good, turning all women into sex objects is bad. Its that really that difficult?

Mainstream culture is fucked too, no one said it isn't.

They are actually. And stop spouting buzzwords like "too big to fail" it just sounds stupid. Money is fucked. It's totally imbalanced(Not really all that selfish though, at least you have to pay taxes with cash). At least cash isn't literally a pyramid scheme where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. That is literally how nxt works. It's how it was designed to work. Yeah, ops comment is at best tangentially related. First of you're describing being a millionaire, not post scarcity, they're literally miles apart. Post scarcity means that people won't have to struggle to survive, not that everyone will have everything they want instantly, in fact, if you're on reddit in the first place there's a 99.9% chance that scarcity will effect you very little. I feel like this entire thread shows a fundamental misunderstanding of the idea of post scarcity.

You need a reality check buddy. People aren't programmed and they aren't acting like zombies. Consumerist trends are nothing new and they're not the all consuming force you believe they are. People aren't evil brainless zombies just because they're not into the super techno revolution like you.

People will always do things that you think aren't right, scarcity and technology have nothing to do with that. You need to take a chill pill and learn to view things from a different perspective.

No, sorry my analogy was lacking. The complete act of rolling the two dice and covering them is analogous to entanglement. When you check the entangled particle, you collapse it from a non-precise superstate into a classical state. That means that if Person A takes a measurement on the superstate die, they'll collapse the waveform into a classical die with the measurement of 2. If Person B then reads their die, they'll also get a classical measurement of 2. There is no way for Person A to effect the die in such a way as to give any classical information to Person B. Neither person can force the die to fall in a certain way as the die is rolled, nor can either person tell in which way they caused the die's waveform to collapse. Once the waveforms have collapsed you have to be in the same local space to set up entanglement again. You can add information into the initial setup, but the particles still have to move from the local system at the speed of light to transmit said information.

The reason all of this is notable at all is because quantum superstates are(usually) non-deterministic. If we tried to make the analogy as accurate as possible, the dice would continue spinning in air under the cups until one of them was revealed, then that die would stop spinning and show a number, the other die would continue spinning until it was revealed and somehow show the same result even though no communication happened between them.

Wikipedia's article on the no-communication theorem gives what is probably a more accurate analogy:

In very rough terms, the theorem describes a situation that is analogous to two people, each with a radio receiver, listening to a common radio station: it is impossible for one of the listensers to use their radio receiver to send messages to the other listener. This analogy is imprecise, because quantum entanglement suggests that perhaps a message could have been conveyed; the theorem replies 'no, this is not possible'.

The basic reasoning behind why it's almost entirely likely that it's completely impossible for FTL communications is because when you boil it down all information transfer is a state change, and any classical state change requires energy. If you could move energy ftl you could move matter ftl and then you'd start having paradoxes and problems all over.

I think you're talking about entanglement. Entanglement is not FTL communications, it works like this:

I have 2 dice, whenever I roll one die the other one comes up the same. If I roll both the dice and cover them with cups and give one of them to my friend, that represents entanglement. If I look at my die, I instantly know what my friends die has, no matter how far it is away. It cant actually be used to transmit information though.

There are a lot of wormhole theories, but they all assume special 3d spacial geometry that doesn't exist in real space, and for good reason. You'd get cool things like FTL travel/communications, but you'd also get a fundamental breakdown of the laws of physics. Anything that allows for FTL, allows for time travel and voids the laws of thermodynamics.

Unfortunately there are no quantum effects that happen faster than light and it's almost entirely likely that there's no way to communicate faster than light.

Wrong. Racism is cultural and societal. White people don't face racism. Me saying rich white kids are the only ones who can take advantage of bitcoins is a generalization and not the same thing as profiling or racism, no matter how much your 15 year old little white boy ass wants it to be. Its so hilariously obvious you have never experienced racism because you think something like this is actually comparable to real racism. You racist piece of shit.
