Not surprising at all. Didn't really play for his club this year and looked talented but totally out of form with the U-23s. Still has a bright future, but not with this gold cup team.

Nutmegger here. That's a super cool first pass at a logo.

Dillon Stadium, the stadium that the team will playing in is located in Colt Park, which happens to be located across the street from the Colt Armory. Colt Armory features the onion dome pictured and is one of the most visible Hartford landmarks (I-91 passes right by it as you are entering Hartford). I think it's safe to assume that the animal in the middle is likely a colt.

I like the colors, and using the colt dome is perfect considering the location of the stadium. I haven't been to Dillon Stadium in ages, but you can see the dome from just about anywhere in that park.

Probably not? He's thirty years old in a position that the US has some younger and/or more established options at. At the best you're going to get a bench player at the Gold Cup and that's probably it. I can see why Klinsmann would want to bring in others ahead of him and it has nothing to do with his performance as of late.
