I've never seen a ChangeTip outside of reddit except when linked to from reddit.

i've seen it on twitter. they reached the API limit from nerds spamming pennies back and forth and created numerous secondary changetip accounts to bypass this, which i'm pretty sure breaks some of twitter's API rules
