It looks shopped. Zoom in on the hands. The guy on left is holding the other guys fist and his hand is a completely different color than his arm. Also, the hand on the cop on the left is in a really peculiar position. The cop on the right has a really rigid stance for someone holding his hand - he is stationary and his arm is in a downward position, not moving forward or acknowledging the fact that someone is holding his hand.

I can't find this anywhere on google doing a reverse image search. It just seems strange I can't find any other source when this happened at a parade.

Nope, it's not. Ok look at it in such a way that the cop on the left has his hands curling backwards (kinda like the bottom hand if the "Egyptian Dance") and the cop on the right has his left hand curling forward. ( kinda like the hand gesture for begging, or making a cup with your hand in front of your body. Beside the body in this case.)

Now, see it as their fingers are "interlaced". I see that the sunlight hitting the fingers are throwing off the complexion between the two cops' hands. But I can clearly see that both these guys are just fucking holding hands.

Look at the shadows the officers are casting. They're clearly attached to the same piece of tarmac and the shadows are consistent with the others in the photo. It's not a shop, he's just standing rather awkwardly.

Nah we know it's shopped. The whiter cops hand is completely 180 from his arm, you can see his wrist bone on the outside which would indicate his palm facing him but then his fingers are shown bottom (Palm) side out and the other cop's hand has a close fist or something in the white cops hand which would just be unnatural. And the whiter cops arm looks shifted to the right at the bottom just a hair. Looks like you shoved them closer to look like holding hands.

      Yeah, I just don't understand how to interpret the position of the hand here to make it feasible. Unless OP caught a picture of the reptilians.

      Nobody else seems to have problems with the dildo and flag but to me they look quite suspect as well. Could just be the very poor image quality though. But I would expect flag to have some shadows casted on it too.

            I think everyone jumps way too quickly at the "shopped" gun.

            Sure, it's potato quality, but I'm not seeing any other signs it's shopped other than a weird angle and a whole bunch of people not understanding human anatomy (the elbow and even fingers make sense at that angle, even if it is a funky angle to be standing/holding hands at).
