ELI5: The differences between /pol/ and /leftypol/ (self.KiAChatroom)

I don't go to the chans and I'm not interested in lurking to find out for myself, but I see links to leftypol every once in a while. I know that pol's reputation is to be as unPC as possible and use racist memes, so is leftypol just the same but instead of being pro-nazi its pro-communist or something?

I can't help but think both are satire with an occasional believer due to Poe's law. But yes it's mostly the same.

/leftypol/ has anarchists and communists
/pol/ has libertarians and fascists
I suppose the biggest difference is where /pol/ blames the Jews /leftypol/ blames capitalism

/pol/ is analogous to /r/conspiracy while /leftypol/ is analogous to /r/anarchism.

Exactly. Any modern-day community or outreach program re: anarchism or communism is nothing more than a recruitment drive for cultural Marxism, which is known as the SJW movement these days.
