A lag is actually an accepted term. "A lag" is the amount of time that you continuously lag until you get over 40 FPS for at least two full seconds.

When all lags are compiled you can see how your computer fares with the software.

Me and my friend once had a guy trying to sell us shitty internet with data caps (while we both have sometimes shitty internet without data caps). He asked if we played online games and we said yeah. And he was like this compnay is better is for gaming and tried to school us like we were the type of gamers who only played madden and didn't know anything (we working in my friend's office doing "computer stuff") and he tried to tell us "you know when you're playing a game and your internet messes up and there's a delay? thats what they call a glitch. your can prevent those glitches by having better internet. would you rather drive the car you have right now, or a Ferrari? "

Needless to say, it's been 3-4 year inside joke saying things are glitches when it's clearly not related to a glitch and when posing questions, we bring up Ferrari analogies even though it's got nothing to do with anything. The guy literally wanted us to pay the same amount of money for internet with like a 40GB a month limit vs no limit.

I can go through that in a few hours without trying.

My friend went to buy an amp for his car stereo to run his sub. I showed him the one I would buy but said just ask the guy inside to show him what he thought would work good. Keep in mind my friend drives a very stock white Honda civic and the sub is not huge. He tries to sell my friend a very pricey unit that is overkill. When my friend asks about the other amp I pointed out he says it wont run his amp. I step in and say I disagree. The salesman then goes off on a rant about "Well it will run it, but it wont win you contests, it wont get you laid!" We both look at him silently for a sec then bust up laughing.

This is also a many year joke between us when we go to buy something.

On PC the game performs pretty bad, it's locked to 30fps and frequently drops below that on even the best hardware. It was also ported to PC by a team of only 12 people. Basically it's a bad port and people are rightfully angry and many people have been refunding their purchase of the game on steam. So many in fact that WB has decided to halt the sales of the game on PC and work on it's performance issues.
