Ending a phrase with “, man” is a common way to express anything from camaraderie to surprise, from egalitarian friendship to excitement. It’s a “default” phrase in the vernacular of young people.
Ending a phrase with “, woman” is a common way to “put someone in their place”, regardless of their gender. It’s used as a way to shut people down and generally disrespect them and their personhood.
