Paypal is a scam and pretty much the alternatives aren't much better, the Bitcoin is the only viable way for fast donations.

Paypal has it's problems, but this is a pretty clear violation of the "Acceptable Use Policy" and that policy has been around for a long while. It's not the first time this happened either, Patreon ran into the same problem while ago.

Edit: Apparently there was a CP sub or something on voat that is the root of this. Not defending that. Still, I can think of many parallels on reddit that would fall under the reasons stated by paypal in this situation.

The age of consent in Sweden is 16, so the /v/jailbait sub apparently allows naked pictures of 16-17 year olds. US is actually in the minority with an 18 year old age of consent, so we're one of the only countries that has a problem with that, but there it is.

At least in Finland (Sweden's neighbouring country with highly similar legal system) the age of concent is 16 but porn with people under 18 is still CP. This is due to some international treaties for child protection AFAIK.

I've always wanted to start using Bitcoin but I'm worried about the reputation of the exchanges. Does anyone remember the Mt Gox fiasco and the money that was stolen? No one was even implicated in that scam.

I mean, I know that there are definitely safe exchange alternatives I just don't know which one would be the best.
