This is imperfect to say the least, but this is a workaround I've been using with AutoHotKey. Change 'a' to whatever your attack command is:

Most annoying thing about reborn for me: the wait timer increase after everyone has accepted a match. They increased the time from 2:00(?) to 3:00 (or something like that). It is infuriating to wait the extra minute when you know the one guy who hasn't connected after 2 minutes is never going to. Small thing, but enough to make me stick to S1.

Some sounds seem to be ungoverned by the sliders in the option menu, and some of them are LOUDER THAN WHEN I TYPE IN CAPS.
