Just because you are able to function as a human and imitate humanity outside of that doesn't take away what you do when you act as part of it. Being able to function outwards seemingly as human is a common trait amongst sociopaths - it's not incongruent at all that you can act seemingly acceptably in other subreddits and another way as a Ghazi moderator.
