GBPF Counterfeit £10 Note Review (self.DarkNetMarkets)

Recieved a counterfeit £10 note today from GBPF, he asked me to do a review based on my interest in his thread but I did pay for it, so there's little bias. I have had to remove links to the market because of automod, you can find it in the market list and his vendor name is GBPFakes.

Setting

  • Vendor - GBPFakes
  • Market - Oxygen
  • Product - "Counterfeit GBP £10 Notes - SAMPLE"
  • Price - £8 (Bare in mind this is a sample price, he said bulk orders will be cheaper.)
  • Countries - UK

Vendor

  • Service - Very good all round.
  • Shipping - First class shipping, came two days after order.
  • Stealth - Flat envelope, no decoy but it is UK>UK mail so stealth was more than adequate.
  • Security - Has a PGP key, not much else to say really.
  • Communication - Very good, he has been easy to reach and helped with any queries, hope he keeps this up with non-sample customers.

Product

See for yourself! Sorry for a pretty poor camera quality.

Weight and feel are right, size is very similar to another £10 note. The watermark and holograph are very convincing, and the print isn't smudged at all.

Comments:

Easy to deal with, quick delivery and very good product. Very tempting to make a bulk order.

I can vouch as I purchased 5's from him a while ago in bulk, assuming it's still the same vendor of course. Didn't realise he was back but his notes were perfect quality but you can't deposit them into automatic machines, I actually tested it on a sample as I assumed he had sent a real note, the machine spat it back out.

He would have had to have found a brand new tenner, no folds, creases or crumples. Very unlikely and I'm assuming I won't be the only one getting a sample, there's no way he'll have found more than one new ten pound note.

All notes that I print will have incremental serial codes. The end digits/characters will increase on every print job as you can see from pictures on my own thread and any samples given out will have a similar serial depending on time of print

I think I will try it on a self checkout next time I'm down the shops but I'm not taking it to a bank.

I wouldn't advise it based on using a note from another vendor which alerted staff to the fake 10 at Tesco, I said that I got it in change from a shop and thought it felt weird and they let me go and confiscated it.

Yeh be careful, they should pass fine in a shop if this is the same vendor I used, just make sure you age it a bit they felt too crisp when I got them but I passed each one from my bulk orders fine

He was doing that for the samples, messaged specific people who had a reddit history so the reviews are more reliable, bulk orders aren't up yet.

Once upon a time, I was buying a bunch of rolls. My dealer said he had recently come into a large quantity of fake $20s. He was offering them at 50%. He had a group of people going around and buying small items at "ethnic" shops around town to get real bills back. I declined the cf cash stupidly. That guy got robbed and shot/killed over that shit. It's a serious game as far as real life dealings go. Money trees are fuckin dangerous to possess.

Hi, sorry to lose your interest, this was only a price for samples due to the start up and investment costs that I have endured and I am printing 1x on request of sample orders, so it only makes sense right? I can sell at 5 if it is an issue and I apologise if I do to anyone who bought at 8... this was for more of a reliable review more than anything.

I'm an american, but at the mall near me there is a foreign exchange kiosk. Think I would be able to pass off some of these in exchange for another currency? Anybody ever try this?

Put rubber cement on your finger tips before handling the bills. Watch where you touch at the kiosk and mall. Cameras are everywhere, so pay attention to where you park. Maybe obscure your plate. Some IR LEDs pointing out of a ball cap can flare out your face on some of the cameras maybe. It really sounds like a bad idea to begin with. There must be an easier and safer way to pass the bunk bills.

That's not a good idea at all. These places look for counterfeit money, and they don't do a lot of business, so they won't have a problem remembering your face. Malls are also loaded with cameras.

I would try it with real money first to try and find out how much they scrutinize the bills, risky idea but it could pay off very well.
