There a lot of people commenting here in defence of the delivery man. You are entitled to your opinion but if you could take a second to imagine how it feels to have this happen to you.

The pizza guy knows where you live.

He also knows your number.

He has already broken a law. I don't know what country this is but in my country this is illegal. Although there is a massive difference between sneaking a number and murdering someone, it still shows that they are the type of person to break a law to benefit themselves. You have a good reason to not trust them.

He has already broken a social boundary, showing he might do that in future- this is a creepy thing to do so he is potentially a creepy person.

If you were alone when they delivered the pizza, they know that.

You generally order pizza at night, so it could be dark and late.

Basically, someone untrustworthy who knows where you live and knows if you are alone has just messaged you and has said they find you attractive. Don't you see how that would make anyone nervous and feel intimidated? No-one should not have to put up with that just because they are pretty and want a pizza.

Also, if she reports him it is not 'her getting him fired'. How is it her fault at all? It is the delivery mans responsibility to be professional and not break the law/ intimidate customers, it was his decision to do this and the fault lies on him if he gets fired. It is not up to the victim to dictate the punishment, if the worker gets fired it is up to his supervisors to decide that and I think they know better than anyone if the worker should be let go or not.
