We had an amazing time in Osaka thanks to Masami and her beautiful apartment. Masami was very helpful and sweet and her apartment was super clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. The location of the apartment was so convenient! Very close to shopping and restaurants. The place felt very safe and had everything we needed (pocket wifi, umbrella, bottled water, hair dryer, TV, AC, etc) There was a family mart (convenience store) really close by where we stopped by every morning and night to grab snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay at Masami's place and would recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Osaka. :) Thank you Masami!

We are a family of 3 and our stay with Masami has definitely make the most enjoyable part of our trip! The house is clean and tidy, all the necessary amenities are being provided and even a portable wifi for use outside! Location-wise it's near to the station and just 5mins walk to shinsaibashi. Will surely stay at Masami's place again in our next visit :)

はじめて大阪に訪れる叔父夫婦のために予約しましたが、写真以上に綺麗でステキなお部屋でとても落ち着く雰囲気でした。まさに、癒しの空間です！Masamiさんはすごく親切な方で、暖かく迎えてくれて、とても丁寧に案内してくれました。おかげさまで叔父夫婦は大満足です。ここにして本当に良かったと思います。今後も機会があればぜひまた使わせていただきたいです。 I find the apt from Airbnb for my uncle and aunt, they visit Osaka for the first time. The room is much more beautiful than on pictures and really a relaxing space!! Masami is very kind, when we arrived she gave us a warm welcome and showed us about the apt kindly. My uncle and aunt said they really feel satisfied with everything and wish to come here next time.

This was my first time to use AIRBNB. At the beginning I was a bit worried whether I would be able to find a nice place to stay, are those house pictures which are shown on AIRBNB real? Turns out, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT IT!! Everything is so perfect!! The flat we stayed is really cozy and clean just like pics on AIRBNB, also located in very convenient area which is 3 minutes by walking to one of metro stations. Besides that, Masami, Yuka & Mi who are the house owner are so nice and helpful. Me and my two friends had a really wonderful time, very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back and stay in their flat again next time. Once again, thanks to Masami, Yuka & Mi for all the help.

Masami was a very gracious and helpful host with a very lovely place in the heart of Osaka! She was there to welcome us when we arrived and she personally showed us the details of her apartment. The apartment was very modern and complete and was just a few minutes walk from the Shinsaibashi/Amemura area. There were a lot of places to eat very near the place. I highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in this part of Osaka!

The place is as advertised! Complete with amenities such as towels, toiletries, hair dryer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and even had some coffee for us to drink! :) Lena was very accommodating and also was very quick in responding to our questions. She also speaks good english which made it easier to communicate. The place is spacious for 4 people and very comfortable to stay at. Also in a prime location! Dotonburi is just 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Osaka!

Had a fantastic time in Osaka thanks to our very comfortable stay in the apartment. The pictures are exactly what you will expect, very clean and spacious with all the necesseties you will ever need included. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to the subway and JR lines. All the best nightlife spots are very closeby too Unfortunately I was unable to meet Masami but her daughter was very kind and helpful, she gave us a rundown of all the eating spots and places to visit and various other useful information. Overall I honestly have no complaints and will no doubt stay here again next time I am in Japan.

The house is very good, you can use any thing in there and provided pocket wifi , also can use for outside the house. The location is very convenient and near the subway, 3 mins by walk only. And close to Shinsaibashi, 10-15mins by walk. The host -Masami is very nice and helpful person. She can speak english as well. She was keeping contact me and reply frequently. When we going to the house she come to welcome us. I would like to stay again here when we travel Osaka. Thanks Masami:)

Lena (Masami's assistant) was very kind, she waited and greet us in the early morning at OCAT, she show us the way from OCAT to the apartment. It was only a few minutes walk from the station. Great location and great host. Will definitely stay here again if we travel back to osaka next time

The apartment was exactly as the pictures portrayed and the location was very convenient - 3 mins from JR Namba/OCAT, 5 mins from Namba subway station, 10 minutes from Dontonburi/Shinsaibashi. There is a direct bus from Kansai International Airport to OCAT and Lena (Masami's assistant) welcomed us at OCAT's alighting point and brought us to the apartment so there was no difficulty at all in finding the place. Check-out was very simple too. The apartment was stock full with every amenity we could need, including bath towels, hairdryer, washer, utensils, water and even portable wifi (a small machine which you can carry around so you save on roaming data fees)! The apartment has elevator access and there is a cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast. Lena speaks great English and was very prompt in responding to emails before and during the trip. She even went out of her way to help us research a place which we wanted to visit! All in all, the apartment, the location and the host were all superb! I travelled with my sister and her 2 children this trip and we had a great stay, will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Osaka!
