On Wednesday, Mindy Kaling stopped by
Good Morning America
to promote her new Inside Out
voice acting role as the emotion “Disgust.” And—well—it was true to character.
In response to a mundane Stephanopoulos comment that the new Pixar flick made audiences feel like they were “inside this 11-year-old girl,” Kaling added, with a sprinkling of disgust, “in a profoundly wholesome way,” which brought a joke about child abuse into a segment that aired before most people had their morning coffee.
