                    Genetic diversity is when a French person has a child with a Russian person (or any child that comes from people which come from distant heritage) That doesn't mean that the child is going to be regarded as more attractive.

                    Mix of certain traits might look really good but it also could end up looking really bad when the very differing racial traits are put together as there are different standards for attractiveness in different races. There are certain facial traits in all cultures that are prefered. In Western culture blonde/red hair is considered to be the most desirable which are not traits typical with mixed children.

                                      What's seems to be more common though is the sort of subtle/perhaps unintentional racism, where people say things like "I'm not a racist but I do hate black culture", "I don't hate blacks I just hate the things a lot of blacks do" and so on.

                                      It happened a lot when Freddie Gray got killed, but seems to be pretty common all over reddit, the best you can do is just call people out for their shit when they pull this racist bullshit.

                                                I'm white and attracted to Asian men, though I've never had any interest from an Asian man. What's interesting to me is that I never took any interest in them until I watched Walking Dead and realized I found Glenn very cute. I grew up in an overwhelmingly Caucasian area with one Asian boy in my grade and was never attracted to any Asian men before, so I wonder if I only like Asian guys now because of my TV exposure to Glenn. Sounds pretty dumb now I type this out, but I don't know how to explain why I suddenly find them so appealing.
