dont put “dont follow if you think you’re me” on your kin pages. that invalidates anyone who might share your kintypes, and especially to those who are mentally ill and use kin as a coping method and/or to help with identity issues, it can cause dissociation. its not that hard to ask people who ID with the same kintypes as you not to follow you without causing breakdowns.
