Just stumbled across this, so I'll try to do a summary.
u/blwout, over at r/GamerGhazi is upset that 'YouTube Personality' Boogie2988 equivocates in his support for The Fattening in his lastest video.
To vent their frustration u/blwout asked a neutral and un-leading question of GamerGhazi, and that was "is Boogie2988 one of the most disgusting personalities on YouTube". A title objected to by the mods, and quickly reposted under a more civil title: "Regarding Boogie2988s latest video on FPH"
u/blwout sums it up thus: Boogie2988 thinks that Reddit contained the fph-ers and now that they're released into the wild Boogie2988's 'community' will be infected by them, making him the real victim of this debacle. It really burns u/blwout's "hot pockets".
Boogie2988 also known as u/uberwolf0, sees the post, engages and promptly posts it to his 200k+ Twitter followers, who brigade the post. Butter ensues.
In a separate post u/RhaganaDoomslayer thinks the situation needs salt and announces they will no longer be posting to GamerGhazi as it is not the "safe place" it once was. Despite asking people not to speculate what the hell they're talking about, people presume to anyway.
Its all a bit bewildering to be honest, but the butter is reasonably warm, and personally I love when people 'resign' from subreddits.
