EDIT #2: I've read almost all of the responses to my post here, and I've made my decision. The Monster Sale game is a temporary flash game, with "no real state of failure" and it's going to disappear when the sale is over. The commenters have spoken, and the popular opinion appears to be that this game should not count. As such, I will not be eating a Ghost Pepper and a picture of GabeN unless Valve releases and actual game.

So mods, if you wish to perma ban me, go right ahead (Paging /u/alien_from_Europa). I'm not going to let you threaten me to do things I don't want to. And let it be said, I am not a sore loser, and I have absolutely no fears whatsoever of eating that pepper. I just don't think it's fair that I am forced to eat it when it doesn't make sense.

So, I personally didn't think the Steam Sale Monster Game counts as a game, but I was informed by a mod that yes it was, and that I should deliver. A large number of people signed up to do it with me, and I'm listing them here:

So everyone, remember: on Jan. 1, 2016, I, along with the people mentioned above, will eat a ghost pepper along with a picture of our lord and savior, Gabe Newell, and video tape it and post it here.

As you can see, absolutely every single comment - most of which disagreeing with mods - was removed.

Here's a bakcup of alien's threats. The mod /u/alien_from_europa has been removing various posts and comments so there are some gaps coming up.

This post shows where alien_from_europa first confirmed to OP to deliver. Alien since deleted his comment.

In this post here, alien_from_europa's comment was threatening to ban /u/the10dude and insisting upon semantics (that a small flash minigame = a full game). He later deleted this comment, as well as all other comments that incriminated him.

Alien_from_Europa tries to hide behind the disguise of a "joke" in order to threaten and bully his users and censor entire chains of comments that disagree with him

A whole thread of people disagreeing with you, calling you a console peasant, calling you an idiot, a dickhead, and you censor them? Abusive mods like you are going to ruin reddit.

It was a joke that kinda went too far. It's funny. One thread says I'm abusing my modship and the other says I'm a based mod. It was one of my highest rated comments. I deleted my comment in that thread as no one could see that I was joking. Relax.

Also, I didn't remove any comments. I have no idea where the "censorship" you speak of is coming from.

Edit: Also, I'd like to apologize for the misunderstanding. Don't do anything that will come to harm to yourself.

Ohh, that thread. Yeah, I wasn't the one who touched it. I thought you were referring to my original comment chain. You can contact modmail to speak to the mod who nuked your thread.
