"I just discovered that I'm red foxkin and now I feel like I have to start eating meat again and tell all my friends about being otherkin. I don't want to do either."

Since you’re in a human body, you don’t have to eat fox food. Regardless of what your spirit or mind identifies with, your digestive tract is human. If you’re a vegetarian/vegan, you don’t need to change that to “prove” you’re a fox. Also, you’re not obligated to tell anyone you don’t want to tell. It can be a personal thing if you want. You can also choose to tell people who you think will handle it right and not choose to tell people who won’t.
